The Clinton County Health Department will hold free vaccine clinics in July for anyone 11 years or older who has not received a TDAP vaccine. TDAP vaccine provides protection against Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis. Pertussis, also known as whooping cough, has re-emerged as a prominent vaccine preventable illness in recent years, with outbreaks across the US, including Missouri.
Clinics will be held July 10th at the Clinton County Health Department in Plattsburg. July 11th at the Cameron First Christian Church. July 16th and the Clinton County Health Department in Plattsburg. Clinic times will be from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 4pm each day.
No appointment is necessary. These vaccinations are available to anyone 11 years and up who have not received a TDAP vaccination, regardless of health insurance. There is no charge for this vaccine.
